Sun Crystals

Due to the instant delivery and digital nature of Sun Crystals:

  • All Sun Crystal purchases are final and non-refundable
  • Once credited to your account, Sun Crystals cannot be refunded
  • Accidental purchases are not eligible for refunds

Sun Sigils (Subscriptions)

For Sun Sigil subscriptions:

  • Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time
  • You will retain access until the end of your current billing period
  • No partial refunds are provided for unused time
  • Renewal charges can be prevented by cancelling before the next billing date

We may consider refunds in these cases:
